Aerial Thermal Image Inspection Service
Inspectifly™ utilizes state of the art small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (sUAS)/Drones equipped with top of the line high resolution FLIR Radiometric Thermal Imaging Sensors to perform thermal inspections of critical utilities, equipment, infrastructure, buildings, and roof moisture analysis.
Providing faster & safer thermal image inspection of dangerous or hard to reach locations!
Aerial thermal inspections can be performed in real time or by systematic photographic inspection.
Real time Inspections
We can provide your inspector a live video feed from our drone. Giving your inspector the capability of inspecting dangerous and hard to reach locations from the safety of the ground. Our operator will work directly with your inspector to assure the inspection is completed successfully.Video Data
During a real time inspection we can capture high resolution video of the entire inspection for documentation and later review.
Systematic Photographic Inspection Plan
Our operator will work with your inspector to determine the fastest and most effective inspection plan to assure we capture everything that requires inspection..Systematic Photographic Inspection
Our operator will systematically photograph the targeted inspection area with overlapping high resolution images. Additional photos will be taken of anything our operator believes, may be a discrepancy. Additional photos will also be taken of critical areas identified during inspection planning. The Power Of Radiometric Thermal Imaging
Radiometric thermal imaging is the most advanced thermal imaging available today. Unlike normal
thermal imaging cameras that allow temperature analysis in one point of an image. Radiometric imaging
sensors capture and store temperature data in every pixel of the image. Allowing post flight access and
analysis of the temperature data in the radiometric image. Allowing your inspector to perform inspections
at their convenience. Radiometric images provide historical data and the ability to perform trend analysis.
Visual Inspection VS Thermal Inspection

Visual Inspection VS Thermal Inspection Example
Visual Inspection | ![]() |
---|---|
Thermal Inspection | ![]() |
Visual Inspection | As you can see by this example, visual inspection can not always show the defects that are present |
Thermal Inspection | As this example shows a nice looking roof may not always be in that great of shape. With a thermal inspection you see much more than is possible with the naked eye. |
What does the thermal image show us? | • It shows us that this roof has two layers• This roof has underlying moisture• Not only do we see there is moisture under the top layer but there is also moisture under the bottom layer• We can also see that the first layer had been patched at some point prior to the second layer being installed |
